Wisdom tooth pain in Busan — how much does extraction cost without Korean insurance?

Hi everyone, I'm an American living in Busan (English teacher). My lower wisdom tooth has been hurting for three days and my cheek is a bit swollen. I don't have NHIS yet since I just arrived. Roughly how much would an extraction cost if I pay out of pocket? And is it easy to find a dentist who speaks some English near Seomyeon? Thanks in advance!
