Where our data comes from

The hospital and pharmacy information on Muromuro is not ours. It comes from data the Korean government publishes; we only bring it over. Here is where each piece came from and how old it is.

Date we downloaded it — the day we downloaded the file and loaded it in.
Date stated by the provider — the date the provider says the data is from. When the provider does not say, we show only the day we downloaded it.

When the data does not match reality

Public data lags behind reality. A place that has closed may still be listed, and a place that just opened may not be there yet. If you find one, tell us. We will check and fix it.

What we do not show

Free beds, whether the emergency room can take you right now, whether surgery is available today — we do not show these, even when the data exists. They can change in a second, so the moment it appears on your screen it is already wrong. You have to call the hospital and ask.
