Have these moles and lesions checked

  • When a mole is asymmetric, has an irregular border, is patchy in color, is 6 mm or larger, or has recently grown or changed (to check for melanoma)
  • An ulcer or scab that does not heal and has lasted for months
  • A black vertical line on a toenail or fingernail that is slowly getting wider
  • When hives over the whole body come with shortness of breath, call 119 immediately (anaphylaxis)
